As a Customer Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company’s UK- based operations. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

US shift Timings – 7:45 PM to 06:00 AM
Job Type – Work from Office (Compulsory).

Key Responsibilities:
1) Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers within the US market.
2) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3) Identify and understand customer needs and requirements.
4) Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective customers.
5) Effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
6) Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
7) Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
8) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
9) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
Qualifications:
1) Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment.
2) Experience in outbound sales and cold calling is highly desirable.
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6) Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
7) Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8) Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
9) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
