We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) You need to have at least 3-4 years of work experience in Branding, Packaging and Marketing Communication Design Projects.

2) Ability to understand Businesses and Conceptualise Brands.

3) Ability to build strong Brand Identities.

4) High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop + Figma + Adobe XD. If known Vide o Editing software would be given preferences.

5) Strong understanding of emerging practices and design methodologies.

6) Ability to work independently on projects and managing team responsibilities.

7) Design visual imagery for websites while ensuring they are in line with the brand guidelines.

8) Lead the design work on multiple client projects at a time from conception to hand-off.

9) Work autonomously, and in close collaboration with the team.

Organized, Disciplined, Articulate, Hands-on, Independent and Self-Driven.

Skills & Abilities

1) With Strong, innovative, strategic and on-brand ideas for identity, packaging, space design and marketing communication projects.

2) Creating a visual language for projects, from brainstorming and initial conception through final stages of a brand manual.

3) Work hands-on throughout the project lifecycle with different stakeholders in a project – mentors, clients, colleagues.

4) Play a leadership role in guiding and mentoring team members

5) Good knowledge with Figma and Adobe suite or other design tools.

6) Excellence at designing responsive websites for a variety of industries including retail, finance, e-commerce, etc.

7)  2+ years of experience creating web designs.
